These terms apply specifically to the Litehouse Infrared Heater Reservation product.
1. Reservation Deposit
1.1 The R700 payment made at checkout is a reservation deposit for the Litehouse Infrared Heater.
1.2 The full retail price of the heater is R3,999.
1.3 The R700 deposit will be fully credited toward the final purchase price.
1.4 A reservation does not constitute a completed purchase. Ownership transfers only once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
2. Deposit Refunds (Before Final Purchase)
2.1 The R700 reservation deposit is fully refundable prior to final payment deadline (30 April 2026).
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@litehouse.co.za.
2.3 Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–12 business days.
2.4 The standard Litehouse 90-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the deposit stage, as no physical product has yet been delivered.
3. Final Payment & Reservation Expiry
3.1 Customers will be contacted to complete the remaining balance of R3,299.
3.2 The final purchase must be completed on or before 30 April 2026.
3.3 If the remaining balance is not paid by 30 April 2026:
- The reserved unit will no longer be secured.
- The reservation will automatically expire.
- The R700 deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
3.4 Litehouse is not obligated to hold inventory beyond the stated deadline.
4. Dispatch & Shipping
4.1 Dispatch of the Litehouse Infrared Heater is expected to begin from 01 April 2026, subject to production and logistics timelines.
4.2 Shipping on the final heater purchase will be free, as the product qualifies under Litehouse’s Free Shipping policy (orders over R700).
4.3 Standard delivery timelines (3–5 working days) will apply once dispatched.
4.4 In the event of stock discrepancies or unforeseen delays, Litehouse will contact customers to discuss available options.
5. Returns After Final Purchase
5.1 Once the remaining balance has been paid and the heater has been dispatched, the order becomes a standard Litehouse purchase.
5.2 The heater will then be covered under Litehouse’s existing Returns & Exchanges Policy, including:
- 90-day risk-free money-back guarantee (if unused and in original packaging)
- 2-Year Warranty coverage
- Returns initiated via your Litehouse Account at:

5.3 Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with seals intact.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
6.1 Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery via your Litehouse Account.
6.2 Approved claims will be replaced in accordance with Litehouse’s standard policy.
7. Allocation & Availability
7.1 Reservations are limited to the first production allocation.
7.2 Litehouse reserves the right to limit quantities per customer.
7.3 Litehouse may cancel and refund reservations in the event of unforeseen production or supply constraints.
8. Limitation & Adjustments
8.1 Dispatch timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to circumstances beyond Litehouse’s control.
8.2 Litehouse will communicate proactively in the event of timeline adjustments.
